Tiffney is the Executive Director, Producer and Founder of Bravo! Players Guild and and The Bravo Players Foundation a 501(c)3 organization. With over 15 years in youth musical theatre, Tiffney has always been driven by a deep passion for nurturing young talent. Her love for the arts started early—growing up, she could often be found directing kids in talent shows for the neighbors, choreographing dance routines to every song on the ABBA album or creating fun musical numbers from Flashdance for her school's Winter Music Showcase.
Professionally, Tiffney pursued a career in business and technology and worked several years in venture capital, where she gained invaluable experience in entrepreneurship, leadership, and strategic growth. While her work in the startup world sharpened her business acumen and fueled her entrepreneurial spirit, it was her children's involvement in theatre that brought her back to her creative roots and reignited her passion for the performing arts. From costume designer to production, stage crew, tech and director, Tiffney's hands-on experience in every aspect of a production led to the founding of Bravo! Players Guild.
Today, Tiffney is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring space where all kids can shine on stage, build confidence, and express their creativity.

Jamie Powell is a passionate and accomplished choreographer with a dynamic background in both professional entertainment and youth theater. Her career spans international performances with Disney productions and choreography work aboard the Disney Cruise Line, where she brought storytelling to life through movement and energy in every piece.
In addition to her large-scale entertainment experience, Jamie has co-directed and choreographed numerous school productions, including Shrek Jr., Matilda, and Beetlejuice Jr. She joined Bravo in 2024 for their production of Mean Girls—an experience she describes as one of her favorites.
Jamie is deeply committed to nurturing confidence, creativity, and discipline in performers of all ages and skill levels. She is thrilled to continue sharing her love of musical theatre with the Bravo community.

Zachary Terrazas is a music professional and educator deeply passionate about working with young talent and fostering a lifelong love for the performing arts. As the Vice President of Marketing and Music Director for the Bravo! Players Guild in Mission Viejo, Zachary draws on his extensive skills in music arranging, marketing, and leadership to inspire and guide aspiring young performers on their artistic journeys.
Born and raised in Hanover, Pennsylvania, the "snack food capital of the world", Zachary cultivated a love for music at a young age, drawing early inspiration from classic artists like Chicago, Billy Joel, and James Taylor. His lively personality naturally led him to the stage, making his musical theatre debut in the third grade as Winthrop in The Music Man. A natural creator, Zachary took a bold step at just 16 years old when he wrote, composed, and directed his first original musical, The Victim. The production enjoyed a sold-out opening weekend, captured regional media coverage on NPR, and earned praise from Broadway World. To date, Zachary has composed four full-length musicals, including Closed Door, AuthenticLife, and Keeping Hope.
In addition to composing, Zachary brings a rich background in live performance and arranging to his students. A multi-instrumentalist who plays both piano and guitar, he has played in various pit orchestras and performed at Carnegie Hall. Zachary has had the privilege of opening for legendary musicians like Jefferson Starship, John Sebastian, and Joan Jett and the Blackhearts, as well as performing on stage with the rock band Foreigner. In 2019, Zachary moved to New York City to expand his career, serving as a musical director, arranger, and performer for multiple cabaret productions, including the historic Madonna Worship at the Stonewall Inn.
Zachary studied Music Business Technology at Millersville University before relocating to Orange County. An award-winning educator, he previously worked as a Recording Arts and Music Teacher at Fusion Academy in Mission Viejo, where he pioneered the annual Fusion Music Fest and was honored as Teacher of the Year. He has also directed multiple summer musical theatre camps, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment where students can thrive.

Emily Terrazas is a versatile theatre artist, educator, and youth choreographer with extensive experience in musical theatre, both on stage and behind the scenes. She has performed professionally in New York City and regionally at venues including The Metropolitan Room, theme parks, dinner theatres, and summer stock theatres.
Emily has a strong background in teaching, choreographing, and directing youth and community theatre productions. She has worked with students of all ages and abilities, helping them build confidence, musicality, stage presence, and a love for performing. She has specialized experience in adaptive arts, creating theatre and dance programs that welcome students with disabilities, and holds a certification in Adaptive Dance Teaching from Boston Ballet.
With dual degrees in Elementary and Special Education and a minor in Theatre, Emily draws on her educational and practical expertise to create engaging, student-centered learning experiences. She specializes in guiding young performers through foundational musical theatre skills while fostering creativity, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for the performing arts. Whether coaching individual students, leading dance and performance classes, or directing ensembles, Emily is passionate about making the arts fun, empowering, and accessible for every student.

Kenzie has always had a deep-rooted passion for musical theater. During her tenure at Tesoro High School, Kenzie focused on building her technical dance skills, training in both ballet and contemporary dance while serving as Captain for the color guard and winter guard teams. In these leadership roles, Kenzie helped choreograph routines, lead rehearsals, and mentor fellow performers—skills that would carry over into her theatrical work.
Through Bravo, Kenzie rekindled her love for the stage. Her performance credits with Bravo include Moana Jr., Mean Girls, and The Lion King. In addition to her onstage work, Kenzie has taken on numerous production roles. She served as dance captain forThe Lion King, Matilda, and Beetlejuice, and has choreographed several of Bravo’s summer camp productions.
While Kenzie pursues her graduate studies at Saddleback College in Mission Viejo, she remains an integral part of Bravo’s artistic team, regularly developing original choreography for the organization’s advanced musical theatre classes and full-stage productions. Her creative vision, combined with a strong foundation in dance and choreography, has made her an indispensable asset to Bravo Players Guild.

Colin McDonald is an actor, dancer, instructor, and voice-over artist based in Orange County, CA. In 2022, he graduated from Texas Christian University with a BFA in Acting. Colin has been in regional productions of Cabaret and Spamalot (Center of Performing Arts - OC) as well as Cry-Baby, Matilda, and Waiting in the Wings (No Square Theatre).
Colin joined Bravo Players in the Summer of 2025 managing Social Media platforms and directing summer camps. His role quickly expanded to running Bravo's advanced musical theatre classes. His talent, versatility, and unwavering commitment shine through in everything he does—from production planning and technical support to mentoring students and ensuring performances run smoothly. Colin is an invaluable asset in every aspect of Bravo's programs.

Brooke was introduced to musical theater and movie musicals at a young age. It was these early experiences that sparked her creative curiosity and led her to join a local children’s theater group in 2012. Over the years, she has performed in various stage productions, taking on a range of roles that have helped her hone her acting, dance, and improv skills. Brooke is currently pursuing a Screenwriting BA at California State University Long Beach.
Brooke joined Bravo Players Guild as a Summer intern and quickly proved to be an accomplished choreographer and director for our camps and classes. Brooke plays an essential role in every part of Bravo’s programs, bringing dedication, creativity, and heart to everything she does. From behind the scenes to center stage, Brooke is a vital part of what makes Bravo’s programs thrive.
